1932 Sonny Pulice Ford Roadster This historic automobile is a rare treat for 1932 Ford Roadster enthusiasts and was a Third Place Winner (Altered Street Roadster) at the January 2008 Grand National Roadster show in Pomona, California. Ex-drag racer, Sonny Pulice, built the car. This is an original "Henry Ford" steel roadster that was restored using "Brookville" replacement panels including firewall, deck lid, etc. The chassis is a Magnum Stage IV. The engine is a Chevy 350 ci, V8, 350 horsepower and has a GM 350 automatic transmission with Lokar shifter. This roadster is equipped with Sanderson headers, Currie 9" posi rear end, MSD ignition, coilover rear shocks, and 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes. Rear suspension includes an anti-sway bar for a balanced handling experience. The enhancements to this 80 year-old historic treasure are many and include Dupont "Chromacolor" paint. The interior is immaculate and includes flawless red leather stitching and trim by Ron Mangus along with an auburn style dash.
